Kelsey Neel, a beloved local who has been intricately involved with supporting our community is battling breast cancer at the young age of 30 years old. Having worked for the City of Gulf Shores for nine years as a swim instructor, teaching hundreds of local children how to swim, as well as a swim coach at Gulf Shores High School.
