MagiKids Robotics Labs gears up for a summer of fun learning at their lab in Chino Hills. The company teaches young children how to code and build robots through a variety of classes, programs and competitions. Their goal is to equip children with the essential skills to thrive in an increasingly technology-driven world.
Estevan Anguiano, the instructional manager at MagiKids, said the company’s mission is to inspire children to continue down the path of STEM activities.
“Seeing kids really grow skills that will benefit them in the future is pretty much something we like to see,” Anguiano said. “We can develop newer technologies and actually help make other people’s lives easier.”
The owner of MagiKids, Kristie Lee, also said she wants to bring awareness of math and science competitions to Chino Hills. She said programming and robotics can help students in the future as well.
“Right now, for the university, it’s not just like you have good grades and you can go to a good university. You need to have diverse knowledge,” Lee said.
Anguiano said MagiKids can help change the lives of children by encouraging them to pursue math and science-based careers in the future.
For students who are interested in growing their knowledge of science and technology, they can visit MagiKid’s website for more information on how to sign up for future courses and competitions.
