EnCore Pilates was founded in 2008 in Gainesville, FL by Shannon Foley, a Physical Therapist who is also a Certified Athletic Trainer, Advanced Stott Pilates Instructor, and Level 4 Essentrics® Instructor. EnCore Pilates offers a variety of techniques to achieve and maintain your optimal health in group classes or private sessions. Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your wellbeing, EnCore Pilates provides a supportive IN-STUDIO and VIRTUAL environment to do so.
