Fernbank Museum’s annual fundraising event, A Timeless Affair 2023: Nordic Night was an unforgettable and impactful evening. Guests were greeted in the Dinosaur Plaza with signature cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. After an exciting live auction and paddle raise, benefiting Fernbank’s Scholarship Fund, partygoers experienced fire-lit views of WildWoods as they dined on food by Bold Catering and danced under the museum’s famous dinosaurs, the Giants of the Mesozoic exhibit.
With the leadership of an outstanding planning committee led by Michelle and the Hon. Walter W. Davis (ret.), and Drs. Kalinda and Kevin E. Woods, Fernbank was able to raise nearly $625,000 for its’ world-class exhibitions, giant screen films, family enrichment and educational programs. A Timeless Affair: Nordic Night was a resounding success, offering a delightful evening filled with camaraderie, live music and cultural experiences, all in the spirit of celebrating Fernbank’s unique environmental legacy and educational mission.
