Kristen Abell fell in love with Colorado in the mountains of Crested Butte. She and her family would road trip from Oklahoma to ski over Spring Break. Kristen knew that one day she would call Colorado home. Now, Kristen makes her living sharing the dream of owning a home in Colorado with all her clients!
After college at the University of Kansas, teaching and living abroad, she made her way to Vail and then to Denver where she met her husband, Tom. Kristen dabbled in the oil and gas industry, but knew that it wasn't really for her. Her passion sparked in 2008 when she went through the home buying process. Kristen loved the whole experience; she loved looking at property, imagining what she could do with a space, how she could renovate and make a house her home. It was then that Kristen knew that real estate was what she was called to do. She wanted to share this awesome experience with others and inspire her clients to find their dream home.
In 2009 Kristen started Abell to Sell, her own real estate company. Over the years it has evolved into a team of 5 agents, and 3 support staff who handle contracts, listing, marketing, social media and so much more. The Abell to Sell team is all women, and all moms, so you know they can multi-task, are incredibly flexible, quick to problem solve, creative, and able handle any needs their clients might have! The Abell to Sell team lives every moment of the process with their clients. From preparing to sell, staging, photography, drone video, etc., regardless of price point, they are present every step of the way. Each agent has first hand experience with renovations, construction, and home buying in the Denver Metro area. There is always someone available to help, making sure that the client's needs are always priority number one.
