Owners of Whitslar's Pressure Washing LLC
Pressure washing works wonders to remove dirt and grime from exterior surfaces and while it's extremely efficient, the strength of pressure washing can cause damage to many surfaces. Soft Washing is a superior method for cleaning exteriors. It's safer than blasting away with high pressure, and it will do a better job of cleaning the surfaces.
The only time where high pressure is still recommended to a degree, is when cleaning concrete. Soft washing is a type of power washing that is not as rough and abrasive on surfaces, using a pressure level below 1,000 PSI. Unlike pressure washing or power washing, the water is not directly used to clean the surface.
Instead, soft washing uses a cleaning solution, which is applied to the area that needs cleaning. After the solution has been applied, the soft wash is used to clean and remove the cleaning chemicals from the surfaces. This gives the cleaning solution time to seep into the tiny cracks of the surface itself providing an even deeper clean than pressure washing.

Founder of True Force Roofing
A roof replacement is a major home-improvement project; however, an investment of that magnitude can actually be deferred! How? It’s simple, extend the life of your current roof with routine roof maintenance!
Did you know debris build-up is the leading cause of roof leaks in Florida?! Leaves and many other things can collect and prevent water from shedding as designed. The water then sits on top of your roof and finds the path of least resistance. Please advise that debris buildup will breach most roofing warranties.
Your roof's maintenance schedule should be determined by the environment your roof lives under. Heavier wooded areas will require more routine maintenance than homes free of tree overhangs. As a homeowner, you can elect to maintain your own roof or hire a professional. A benefit of using a trusted roofing contractor is their ability to identify problem areas before they start. At True Force Roofing, we include a minor sealant application into our maintenance program. Our technician doing this now will intercept the need for an untimely roof repair.
Remember, it's easier to stop something from happening in the first place than to repair the damage after it’s happened!
Roof maintenance just makes sense!

Franchise Owners Bin There Dump That North Central Florida
From estate sales to renovation to new home construction, contractors require timely deliveries. Delivery within 24 hours or less is our standard.
We offer 5 dumpster sizes. The advantage of having various sizes? The client gets the correct size for their project, without overpaying.
Many HOA communities won’t allow dumpsters because they don’t fit the driveway. Our compact footprint eliminates that concern.
Be sure to ask about extra fees, these may include mileage, fuel surcharges or weight of debris charges. If the price is much less than other quotes, there's a reason! Our pricing model includes everything from delivery to pick up and disposal.
Some municipalities require special permitting and licenses to operate. Be sure to check with your city or county before ordering a dumpster. If they aren't licensed, shop around.
Don't forget to ask what type of materials are acceptable. Just because it's a dumpster, doesn't mean it can take any materials. This may result in extra charges, fees or worse!
At Bin There Dump THAT we contact our clients prior to delivery/pickup. Customer service with a dumpster provider from sales to service should be seamless.
As a service-based industry, the best is better for a reason so check Google reviews.

Franchise Owner, Dryer Vent Wizard of Gainesville
A dryer fire occurs every 36 minutes in the United States. Nearly all dryer fires can be avoided by regular inspections and cleanings. A clean dryer vent system will save you between $18-$30 monthly and ensure your family’s fire safety.
Find a business that specializes in dryer vent cleaning, installation, and repairs and always check out their Google reviews. Reviews are a great way to see how much a business cares about its customers.
Look for an expert that has a program for annual cleanings. At Dryer Vent Wizard’s Lifetime Reminder Program my clients are provided with an annual inspection to ensure the safety and efficiency of their system. If there is no cleaning required, you won’t be charged.
Make sure services include an inspection of your washer, dryer and dryer vent system and the physical cleaning, repair, re-route, and repair of your dryer vent systems and estimates should always be provided related to YOUR system because every system is different. Ask for a reliable estimate, not a ballpark figure.
Lastly always use a business that is accessible by phone. As a local veteran owned franchise, you will have the opportunity to speak directly with the owner at Dryer Vent Wizard (352-922-0909).
