Treefort is all about discovery. Whether it be music, film, yoga – you name it, you’ll find it. There are 11 official forts: Alefort, Artfort, Comedyfort, Dragfort, Filmfort, Foodfort, Hackfort, Kidfort, Skatefort, Storyfort, and Yogafort. Within each fort, there is plenty to check out and experience! There will never be a dull moment.
ALEFORT
Alefort is the craft beverage and food tasting component of Treefort Music Fest. The Alefort team will be presenting unique and high quality food and beverage experiences that illuminate the intersection of craft beverage and local cuisine with Boise’s greater culture.
ARTFORT
Artfort is an experience within Treefort Music Fest. Bringing light to the fine arts, performing arts, the art of drag performance, public art installations, and more.
COMEDYFORT
Comedians are coming from all over the nation to join in on all the fun at Comedyfort. chuckles, snorts and giggles for multiple days of Treefort. Get your nightly LOL moments.

DRAGFORT
Dragfort is a celebration of your best, most authentic self. It’s more than just drag, balls, and queens (though it’s definitely about that), it’s about creating a safe space for everyone to express themselves. Dragfort is a celebration of LGBTQ+ culture and building community through performance and dialogue. Their goal is to create space for queer people across the spectrum, to feel acknowledged, affirmed, and recognized. Allies and those looking to reach a higher understanding of the LGBTQ+ community are welcome.
FILM FEST
Filmfort is a 3-day festival celebrating the best of emerging independent cinema during Treefort Music Fest. There is a showcase of a diverse cinematic perspectives for audiences of all ages, ranging from the enigmatic to the experimental to the off-beat. In addition to film screenings, Treefort will be hosting DIY film panels and Q+A sessions with Filmfort filmmakers in the heart of downtown Boise.
FOODFORT
Foodfort is a weekend-long celebration of the food and food systems local to the greater-Boise area. As the culinary branch of the Treefort mothership, Foodfort works to bring local, regional and national chefs, media, and culinary experts together to facilitate thinking and discussion about food in our daily lives. Oh yeah, Treefort will also work to provide delicious food—be it familiar or new—for Foodfort-goers to experience. Bringing new and interesting tastes to your palette, as well as opening up conversations for a deeper culinary understanding. Treefort loves to share their passion for incredible food with attendees, showing off our local talent (eat local, duh!), and bringing new culinary experiences to Boise.

HACKFORT
Hackfort is about celebrating all things tech. It's not your typical conference. Treefort encourage conversation and engagement, and they provide a platform for people that are doing interesting or unique things with technology including makers, developers, musicians, gamers, content creators, innovators, leaders, journalists, educators, and entertainers.
KIDFORT
At Treefort all fans are valued, from tots up to adults, and they make sure there is programming and places for fans of all ages to discover something new! Kidfort provides programming, promotes integration among other forts and filters the best things for young people to do during Treefort Music Fest. (Fun Fact- Kids 12 and younger can enjoy the entire festival wristband free!)
STORYFORT
Storyfort is a unique literary and storytelling festival within the larger arts and music festival, Treefort Music Fest. Storyfort is all about great writing and compelling narrative, bringing in top-notch authors, poets, journalists, spoken word artists, memoirists, refugee storytellers, podcasters and much more.

SKATEFORT
In a partnership with the local skate community, Skatefort is a celebration of skateboarding, music and community. Skateboarding and music have always gone hand in hand and Treefort's goal is to bring people together at a world class skatepark to celebrate their creativity. Everyone is invited to come skate the park together while listening to some amazing music. Skatefort is run by Boise Skateboard Association and Boise’s Parks & Recreation. Their goal is to improve the lives of Boiseans by advocating for youth and at-risk youth to enjoy the healthy activity of skateboarding in safe and accessible environments.
YOGAFORT
Yogafort is a yoga and movement festival nestled within Treefort Music Fest that features classes all set to live music. Instructors and musicians from the global yoga community descend upon Boise to ignite the heart and soul of our unique, intimate experience. Yogafort is your place to drop-in for a recharging yoga session, get your sweat on, and find center amongst the high vibes of festival life.
MUSICTALKS
Treefort's goal is to bring the industry's brightest minds together to discuss the future of music and help artists build thriving careers. Whether one is a new artist, an established artist, hobbyist, music fan, or industry insider, all are welcome to participate in the music talks.

Festival Passes
General admission, ZIPLINE, and U21 tickets are on sale now. Kids age 12 and under are free, accompanied by an adult passholder. At this time, single-day, single-venue, or single-show tickets are not available for Treefort 9. Treefort ticket information can be found at treefortmusicfest.com/tickets.
Health & Safety
Treefort is continuing to work closely with local and state health officials to determine health and safety measures for a safe community-run festival in September. Treefort will make announcements in the coming months regarding what to expect at #Treefort9.
About Treefort Music Fest
Conceived as an extension of the current momentum in the Boise music and art scene, their vision is that Treefort will provide the opportunity for Boise to play host to the national and regional music scenes while showcasing the local up-and-coming talent. Treefort Music Fest was proudly recognized as the Cultural Ambassador for the City of Boise 2015-2017.
