In November, Old Town Scottsdale came alive with the debut of Dreamy Draw Festival, a collaborative venture with Scottsdale Arts. This two-day celebration, presented by Oh Wow and Spoonful, transformed the Scottsdale Civic Center into a hub of country, folk, Americana, roots, and rock music.
At its premiere, the festival headlined with hometown stars Midland, showcasing their undeniable charm. Margo Price bridged generations in country music, alongside Trampled By Turtles, Breland, Watchouse, and Hailey Whitters, symbolizing the diverse future of American music. Local talents like Evan Honer, Taylor Glasheen, and The Senators, in partnership with Scottsdale Arts, also took the stage.
Across the 40-acre Scottsdale Civic Center, three stages hosted world-class performances amid picturesque sunsets, creating an unforgettable musical experience.
Dr. Gerd Wuestemann, President & CEO of Scottsdale Arts, expressed enthusiasm for the festival's connection to Scottsdale and the American West, the ideal setting for Dreamy Draw.
Aside from the soul-stirring music, the festival offered regional cuisine from local vendors and a bespoke cocktail program by mixologist Austin Blanchard.
Exclusive VIP artist packages, collaborations with partners like the Seager Co. and Country Night crew, and a commitment to support Scottsdale Arts set Dreamy Draw apart.
Though the festival has ended, its impact lingers, echoing the spirit of the American West. As the festival concluded its inaugural edition, it left an indelible mark on Old Town Scottsdale, promising future gatherings that blend music, culture, and community.
