French Kiss in the 815
Ingredients:
1 oz gin
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz *mixed berry simple syrup (see recipe at bottom of page 4)
3 oz champagne
Directions:
1. In shaker with ice, combine gin, lemon juice and mixed berry simple syrup.
2. Using a strainer, pour mixture into champagne flute.
3. Top with champagne.
4. Garnish with a lemon twist and raspberry (optional).
A pop of color from the mixed berry simple syrup adds a touch of romance to our version of the classic French 75.
Old Fashioned Love Affair
Ingredients:
2 oz Bourbon
1 tbsp *mixed berry simple syrup
Orange bitters
Directions:
1. In shaker with ice, combine bourbon and mixed berry simple syrup.
2. Shake well.
3. In a rocks glass, place large ice cube and splash with 3 dashes of orange bitters.
4. Pour bourbon mixture, using a strainer, over ice.
5. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry and orange rind.

Plum Crazy About You
Ingredients:
2 oz vodka
2 oz plum liqueur
Club soda
Directions:
1. In a shaker with ice, combine vodka and plum liqueur
2. Shake well.
3. Fill a large wine glass with ice and pour in mixture.
4. Top with soda.
5. Garnish with rosemary sprig and lemon twist.
The plum liqueur adds touch of sweetness while remaining crisp and refreshing without overpowering the senses.
Casablanca
Ingredients:
2 oz. gin

2. Using a strainer, pour mixture over ice in a rocks glass.
3. Top with soda.
4. Garnish with strawberry and cucumber ribbon.

*Mixed berry simple syrup
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen mixed berries
1 cup sugar
2 cups water
Directions:
1. In a sauce pan, mix all ingredients and bring to a boil.
2. Let simmer for 15 minutes or until liquid reaches a syrup-like thickness.
3. Strain to remove berries and store in an airtight container.
