PRP treatment for hair loss and joint pain are also offered, along with both women’s and men’s wellness services.

“Our program is individually tailored to the needs of the patient, fitting their schedule and lifestyle with easy access to the physician. Same-day or next-day visits are available, as are telemedicine appointments,” he says.
Dr. Fayad, who has practiced medicine for over 24 years, originally had a very different career goal.
“I first wanted to become a pilot because I love to travel and learn about different cultures,” he shares. “Right before getting into college, I rethought my choices and found myself interested in the human body, diseases, and cures.”
After graduating from the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences Faculty of Medicine in 1998, Dr. Fayad completed his residency at Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio and a fellowship at Stanford University School of Medicine in Stanford, California. He holds many professional certifications, licensures, and professional and society memberships, including Certification in Aesthetic Medicine and Cosmetic Surgery and Laser. He is also a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
Dr. Fayad continues his decades-long work in Yuma, Arizona, specializing in internal medicine, geriatrics, hospice and pallative medicine. In addition to his work at VIA Health & Medspa, Dr. Fayad is affiliated with Yuma Regional Medical Center, Chandler Regional Medical Center, and Dignity Health Mercy Gilbert Medical Center.
