Creating an Experience
“We meticulously craft a multi-course seasonal tasting menu with fresh fish, seafood and ingredients from Tokyo's Toyosu Market,” explained Chef Alex. “You’re likely to try some pieces you have never had before.”
Each event is personalized, from considering dietary restrictions to customizing messages on the menu to celebrate special occasions. The service is designed to create unforgettable memories in an intimate setting, with all the necessary dining essentials—tableware, crystal glassware, and more—provided by the company. A distinctive feature of HomemakaseATL is the "Luchador" mask, which Chef Alex sometimes wears during the event. This mask, deeply rooted in Mexican wrestling, reflects his heritage and personal inspiration, motivating him to elevate each omakase meal to new heights.
