Josie’s story doesn’t begin with houses, but with cabins. The Edina native and University of Minnesota alumna became a flight attendant for Northwest Orient Airlines in 1984. She went everywhere over the next 18 years – possibly even encountering areas that rival Minnesota’s own natural beauty.
Minnesota also held Josie’s favorite sight of all: her husband and three children. The events of September 11th compelled Josie to start seeing as much of them as possible, and so she bid adieu to aircraft to become a Realtor.
“My greatest passion is helping families find their new homes in the southwest metro,” said Josie. “I used to coach diving and gymnastics at Edina High School. I also raised my own family in this area, and saw every square inch of it thanks to my kids’ heavy involvement with local youth sports programs. It also means working as hard as I can find the best neighborhoods for children to grow up in. Seeing kids smile because they love their new surroundings makes everything I do worthwhile.
