Pineapple Margarita
Ingredients
8 grilled cubed pineapple pieces
1.5 ounces mezcal
0.5 ounces agave
0.5 ounces tanteo tequila
3 round and cut to pieces Jalapeños
1 ounce lime juice
0.5 ounces orange liqueur
optional skewers for decoration
Tajin to rim glass
Instructions
1. Add 1 ounce lime juice in shaker with ice and 4 grilled pieces of pineapple.
2. Add agave syrup, mezcal of your choice, tequila, and Cointreau.
3. Pour mixture into shaker, and shake it for 20 seconds.
4. Select the cocktail glass you prefer and add Tajin to the rim.
5. Garnish with 4 cubes of grilled pineapple with a skewer and enjoy.
Mojitarita
Ingredients
Mint leaves
2 ounces Jimador silver tequila or Heradura
1 ounce lime juice
0.75 ounces simple syrup
soda water
1/4 lime wedges
Instructions
1. Place mint leaves, lime wedges, and lime juice inside drink shaker.
2. Macerate lightly to release the scent of mint.
3. Add tequila and ice to shaker.
4. Shake for 10 seconds.
5. Pour into glass of your choice.
7. Add a splash of soda water to your drink.
8. Add garnish to your drink with mint leaves and lime.
