After a fulfilling 20-year career in education, I pursued my passion for chocolate making at the Chocolate Academy in Belgium under renowned chocolatier Jean Pierre Wybauw. La Bonbonniere opened in June 2005, offering a delightful selection of "pralines" made on-site with Callebaut chocolate, fresh ingredients, and traditional Belgian recipes. Established in 2018, Ubora is more than just a coffee company; it's a vision to reshape the coffee culture. With a commitment to tradition, community, collaboration, responsibility, and excellence, Ubora opened its espresso bar in November in downtown Augusta, GA. Housed in a meticulously restored historic industrial brick building, the atmosphere exudes sophistication.
