Cherry Walnut Protein Balls - Makes 12
Ingredients
- 2 c. walnuts
- 1 c. pitted dates
- 1/2 c. dried cherries
- 1/4 c. almond butter
- 2 scoops protein powder of choice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla dash of maple or honey
Instructions

combine walnuts, dates & cherries in a food processor and blend.

Add in protein powder, salt, and vanilla and blend.

Add in almond butter and maple or honey and blend until sticky.

Form and roll into 1-inch balls.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
